How do I join?

This Family is invite-only. Ask a relative who already uses it to invite you, then open the link in their invitation.

My sign-in code didn't arrive.

Codes can take a minute. Check your spam folder for email codes. For text messages, make sure you used the phone number on your invitation or account, and that you have not replied STOP (reply START to receive texts again). You can also sign in by email instead.

How do I stop text messages?

Reply STOP to any message from us. You can still sign in by email, Apple or Google.

Someone added wrong information about me, or about my child.

Once you have joined you can correct your own profile, and parents can correct their children’s profiles. If you have not joined, email us and we will help.

I need to stay hidden from a relative.

Safety mode makes you invisible to a specific person, and it starts working as soon as you turn it on. If you need help, email us. If you are in danger, contact local emergency services first.
